RETURN AND EXCHANGE
If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with their purchase, the unworn items can be returned for size change, store credit or refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The right of withdrawal (return or exchange) is excluded for customised items unless there is a factory defect

Return Instructions
- To request a return authorization, just send an email to info@fefeglamour.it indicating the order number and the reason.
- The courier for returning the goods will be indicated in the email sent by FEFENAPOLI.COM.
- The criteria for obtaining a free return are:
- Your order must be greater than € 99.
-For orders less than 99 € the cost of the return is 12 €
-Valid only on PRODUCTS NOT DISCOUNTED but at full price.
- Only the first exchange and the first return are free. The second return costs € 12 and the second exchange costs € 6.99.
-Returns and exchanges are not free if the product costs less than € 99.
- Valid only on products delivered in Italy.
-It is important to remember that costs such as COD or gift wrapping are in no case refundable.
- We will then book a collection by express courier at the same address indicated in the order. In any case, you will receive an email that will notify you of each step.
- THE PRODUCT MUST ABSOLUTELY BE INSERTED IN THE SAME BOX IN WHICH IT WAS RECEIVED (IF YOU DO NOT USE A BOX OF THE SAME SIZE), otherwise we will refuse the return. On some products there is a WARRANTY SEAL. This seal must not be cut, broken, or removed, otherwise all the conditions for the RETURN cannot be applied.
- The return has a cost of € 12 which will be deducted from the refund amount but if the customer wants to return the product with his own courier, the full amount paid will be refunded. Once the product is received we will issue the refund using the same payment method as the purchase, in case of cash on delivery the refund can only be made by bank transfer.
- In all other countries, the costs vary as follows:
- EUROPE EU € 20.00
- EUROPE EXTRA EU € 20.00
- NORTH AMERICA USA, Canada € 30.00
- OTHER COUNTRIES Other countries not listed € 30.00 - 3 types of compensation are available: Item change - It is possible to change only the defect of the same item, if available. Store Credit - As soon as the return is received and processed, a code of the total value of the returned items will be sent to the customer, to be used for subsequent purchases. The Store Credit:
- Can be used only once within 3 months from the time of return
- cannot be combined with other Store Credit
- must be used entirely in an order of equal or greater value - Refund - The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at the FEFENAPOLI.COM warehouses and the items will be checked. For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in about 10 days, and will still be visible on the next card statement. The timing may vary slightly depending on the banking system of the credit card used. For orders paid with Paypal or by bank transfer, the amount will be returned to the original account. The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded.
- The return shipment must take place within 14 days of receiving the order.
