Orders are shipped by Fefe GLAMOUR from Monday to Friday with hours 9: 00-15: 30. The orders made in the weekend will be processed on the following Monday morning.
Fefeglamour.it ship worldwide via FEDEX courier. Estimated time for delivery from date of shipment:
- USA and Canada: 3-5 days depending on the destination.
- Europe: 2 days to major destinations / 3-4 days for remote destinations.
- South America: 4-5 days.
- Asia and the Middle East: 3-4 days.
- Australia and Oceania: 3-4 days to major destinations / 5-6 days for remote destinations.
- Africa 3 - 5 days.
The prices on the site are ALL-INCLUSIVE, that include import duties and VAT exemption. Any local taxes and duties of the individual states, not related to the import charges are not included and are charged to the customer.
FEFEGLAMOUR is not responsible for any delay due to customs inspections and operations or cases of force majeure beyond the control of FEFEGLAMOUR.

The data of your credit card is not in any circumstances be stored in our computer systems. Instructions for Returns
- To request authorization to return, please send an email to fefeglamour.it indicating the order number and motivation.
- The courier for the return of goods will be indicated in the email sent by FEFEGLAMOUR.IT.
Please note: we can only offer a free return from the same country / region in which the order was delivered
- The return shipment carried out with the courier indicated by FEFEGLAMOUR.IT will be FREE. If the return is sent back using a different courier, all costs will be borne by the customer.
- There are 3 types of compensation: - Change article. It is possible to change only by default of the same item, if available. - Store Credit. As soon as the return is received and processed, a code will be sent to the customer of the total value of the returned items, to be used for successive purchases. The Store Credit:
- can be used only once within 3 months from the time of the return
- can not be combined with any other Store Credit
- must be used entirely in one order of equal or greater value
- Refund. Refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at the warehouse FEFEGLAMOUR.IT and leaders will be verified. For orders paid with a credit card the amount refunded will be available to customers in approximately 10 days, and will still be visible on the next card statement. Timing may vary slightly depending on the banking system of the credit card used. For orders paid with Paypal or by bank transfer the amount will be returned to the original account. The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any difference in amount due to exchange rate fluctuations will not be refunded.
The return shipment must be made within 14 days from receipt of order.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The garments or accessories must not have been worn, washed or altered, and must not show any sign of use. The soles of shoes should be in perfect condition and show no signs of any kind.
- Each item must be returned with all tags, packaging and accessories received along with the order.
- All footwear and accessories must be returned with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and that should not have been in any way damaged and / or altered, or used as a single outer packaging.
- In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or an error may occur in shipping by FEFEGLAMOUR.IT, is required to follow the same instructions above.
- FEFEGLAMOUR.IT reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective merchandise and bear the shipping costs for the return of the goods at their premises.
- Authorized returns must be shipped by FEFEGLAMOUR.IT from the same country in which the original order was delivered.
- All items sold in the Outlet category will not have the right of return
- FEFEGLAMOUR.IT reserves the right not to accept returns shipped with couriers other than that indicated in the e-mail with instructions if delivery is made to lead to additional costs for FEFEGLAMOUR.IT or requiring its withdrawal at a branch of the same courier.
- FEFEGLAMOUR.IT also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or who does not comply with all the conditions. In these cases, the goods will be returned to the sender address of original shipment.
